This blend of red guava, fresh pineapple, and sweet orange creates a juice with a refreshing sweet-tangy flavor that's also rich in vitamin C and fiber. Its bright pink color makes it perfect as both an immune-boosting drink and a refreshing midday pick-me-up. The taste is a nice balance between the fruits' natural sweetness and a hint of fresh zing from the lemon juice.

  • 1 large fruit Red guava
  • 150 grams, diced Pineapple
  • 2 pieces, juiced Sweet orange
  • 150 ml Cold water
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (optional, to taste) Honey
  • to taste Ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash the guava thoroughly, cut it in half, remove the seeds if you prefer a smoother texture, then chop it into rough pieces.
  2. 2 Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core, and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3 Squeeze the sweet oranges and strain the juice to remove the seeds and pulp.
  4. 4 Put the guava, pineapple, orange juice, and water into a blender.
  5. 5 Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pausing occasionally to stir if needed.
  6. 6 Strain the juice through a fine sieve to remove any remaining pulp and guava seeds.
  7. 7 Add the lemon juice and honey, then stir well to reach your desired level of sweetness.
  8. 8 Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve right away while cold and fresh.

💡 Tips

• Choose fully ripe guava for a sweeter flavor and less astringency.

• Strain the juice twice if you want a completely smooth texture with no hard guava seeds.

• Swap the honey for a little liquid palm sugar for a richer, caramel-like variation.

• Drink it right after making it so the vitamin C content doesn't diminish too much from oxidation.
