👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Beat the eggs, then add the sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- 2 Add the noodles, carrot, cabbage, and green onion to the beaten egg mixture
- 3 Mix well so the noodles are evenly coated with the egg
- 4 Heat a 20cm nonstick pan with oil over low heat
- 5 Pour in the entire mixture and spread it evenly
- 6 Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes until the bottom is golden and the top is set
- 7 Flip using the help of a plate — cook the other side for 5 minutes
- 8 Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes
- 9 Cut into 4-6 wedges like a pizza
- 10 Arrange in a lunchbox
💡 Tips
• Keep the heat low and cover the pan so the top cooks through without needing to flip
• Don't use noodles that are too long — cut them with scissors so they're easier to mix
• You can add grated cheese on top before covering for a cheesy version
• Cut only after it's completely cooled so the pieces stay neat
